With the aim of developing our HR OFFICE we are looking for 1 Senior resource to include in our staff to start a process of development of Human Resource Management strategies.

We are not looking for only operational experience but for strategic and proactive competence in improving human resources management and development system. Knowledge of regulatory panorama regarding labor policies (textile and clothing industry contract and trade contract) and consolidated experience in role gained in structured and organized companies are preferential qualifications.

An in-depth knowledge of the sales processes of the main marketplaces and related strategies and operational management skills of channel is required (e.g. updating product catalogue, updating brand page, categories and showcase sections, management of promotions, etc.).

A strong analytical approach and strong organizational and problem solving skills complete the profile.
